Millin Bay House, formerly a large farmhouse, is now a beautifully restored modern holiday home surrounded by county down countryside with views over Millin Bay and on to the Isle of Man. Millin Bay House was completely restored in January 2013 to a high standard.
Millin Bay House overlooks the bay from an elevated position and is surrounded by countryside in an outstanding and tranquil environment. The bay is a short stroll down the drive where you can build sand castles or explore the rock pools on the tide and of course immerse yourself in the water.
Bright, airy and with plenty of room, Millin Bay House is in an outstanding location for you and the family to get away from it all.
The sky and sea horizon are framed in the living room, kitchen, two upstairs front bedrooms and the one ensuite. As you relax in the living room, or are seated at the kitchen table the sea line becomes your horizon. Feeling a bit tired? Why not stretch out on your bed and watch the tide make it's way over the bay.
Watch out for the local wildlife including herons and seals. Closer to your door you may also see hares and badgers.
