Willow Cottage - Killinchy - County Down - Northern Ireland

Willow Cottage is set in a peaceful rural location only several minutes drive from Strangford Lough, but yet within extremely easy reach of Comber, Newtownards and Belfast. The Cottage has recently been restored and decorated throughout.

There are two bedrooms, one double and one single. The spacious sitting room has a vaulted beamed ceiling, wood burning stove and beautiful views over the surrounding countryside. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining area and wireless broadband is also available.

Outside there is a patio and lawn where you can B-B-Q and/or just relax and enjoy the quiet of the County Down country side only interrupted by bird song and the occasional farm animal. There is ample parking outside the cottage and a private patio area for the use of guests. Balloo Crossroads is two miles away, here you will find a friendly local post office and grocery shop, a petrol station, public transport facilities. There are many good restaurants close by including Balloo House, Lisbarnett House and Daft Eddies.

Willow Cottage is ideal for anyone wanting a relaxing break, those visiting friends or relations in Northern Ireland, or an activity based holiday in comfortable and cosy surroundings with many facilities close at hand.

Willow Cottage is ideally situated close to main motorway links, air and sea ports enabling easy access - any location in Northern Ireland is only a comfortable day trip away with Strangford Lough being only a few miles away, Belfast and major motorway links only 12 miles and the North Coast (Giants Causeway and more) less than a 2 hour drive.
